What You'll Do

As a General Labor Associate, you will play an important role in the production and handling of lumber products while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely moving, stacking, and securing lumber products and materials
• Building and bundling finished products according to customer specifications
• Applying labels and tags to ensure accurate product identification
• Operating and troubleshooting basic equipment, including staple guns
• Banding, bundling, and securing materials for shipment
• Verifying correct quantities and product information before materials leave the work area
• Recording production data and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
• Participating in safety programs, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting other departments as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• No experience necessary-we will train the right candidate
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or lumber experience is a plus
• Basic math skills preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to safety and quality
