Digital Project Manager (Digital Campaigns & Technology Delivery) TEKsystems is seeking an *Integrated Project Manager* to support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital sales campaigns, regional web initiatives, and email marketing programs within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders, agency partners, technology teams, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
This individual will oversee project timelines, Agile backlogs, release readiness activities, stakeholder communications, and campaign delivery processes while maintaining clear visibility into project health and risks. Success in this role requires the ability to confidently engage with both executive stakeholders and technical teams, translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing proactive project updates, status reporting, and risk communication. * Coordinate project activities across business, technology, QA, and agency partner teams. * Create, manage, and refine Agile user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria in Jira. * Track deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution. * Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, planning sessions, and action-item follow-up. * Support release planning activities and lead launch readiness and Go/No-Go reviews. * Partner with QA teams to ensure successful testing, validation, and deployment of digital campaigns and initiatives. * Identify project risks, remove blockers, escalate issues when necessary, and drive resolutions to completion. * Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including status reports, meeting recaps, project trackers, and process documentation. * Recommend and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and delivery consistency. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. * 3-5+ years of project management experience in a technology, digital delivery, marketing, or cross-functional business environment. * Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience. * Demonstrated experience working with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar project management tools. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, campaign delivery, or agency environments. * Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, production workflows, QA processes, or deployment schedules. * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms. * Familiarity with automotive, retail, promotional campaign, or dealer network environments. * Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
