Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $96.94-107.71 Hourly Start Date: Jul 13, 2026 This is a premier medical client of Aquent. This Senior Consultant, Organizational Design & Optimization, will serve as a strategic consultant and process lead for a comprehensive Organization Structure Optimization initiative. Working across multiple business units, the role designs and executes a data-driven approach to identify and eliminate organizational inefficiencies and role duplication. This position combines high-level analytical expertise with systematic facilitation skills. In conjunction with Project Managers and cross-functional leadership, the Consultant will guide teams through structured diagnostics, support the development of actionable restructuring recommendations, and lead the implementation of organizational improvements. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $96.94 to $107.71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
