Pay: $23-$25 per Hour

Are you experienced in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics? We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support finished goods inventory management and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive on organization, accuracy, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized finished goods warehouse to maximize inventory accuracy and space utilization.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate the movement, storage, labeling, and rotation of finished goods.
• Partner with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate order picking and efficient material flow.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze data to support operational decisions.
• Lead inventory consolidation efforts to improve warehouse efficiency and storage capacity.
• Support rework activities by identifying, tracking, and documenting products requiring corrective action.
• Follow established safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics or supply chain education is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Forklift experience and knowledge of warehouse safety practices preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions.
