Some college (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
Strong background in employee coaching, hiring, training, and performance management. Experience collaborating with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other operational departments to deliver exceptional service, support guest satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. (required)
Experience managing departmental budgets, labor costs, scheduling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals, controlling expenses, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards (required) Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel, resort, commercial laundry, healthcare, or related hospitality environment. Proven ability to oversee daily laundry operations, manage employee performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient production workflows.
