The Opportunity:

As a technicaleditoron our team, you willbe responsible forcollaborating with various workstreamsto review, refine, andpublishprogrammatic documentation.You will work on a range of documentation,includingtraining content, operational processes and policies, and stakeholder communications.You'llhelp our team develop deliverables that are client-ready, following establishedstyle guides, formats,and rules for standardization, while ensuringall deliverables are Section 508 compliant.You should becomfortabledeliveringacross different workstreams and varying types of documentation, providingcross-cuttingsupportformultipletask areas.This positionis located inAtlanta, GA.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with technicalediting

• Experience editing and producing clear,accurate, and well-organized documentation for various audiencesusingappropriate tone, voice, and terminology

• Experience developing, editing, and using templates, including creating, editing, and applying styles

• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and stakeholders to gather,validate, and organize information

• Experience applying Section 508 compliance standards to various document formats

• Experience with major style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style or GPO Style Manual

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe, and common collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

• Knowledge of grammar,punctuation,spelling,syntax,andformattingskills

• Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination basedonclientrequirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or Instructional Design

Nice If You Have:

• Experience developing and delivering training

• Experience developing technical documentation or job aids

• Experience using industry standard authoring tools for trainingdevelopment

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or DevOps
