ABOUT THE ROLE The EHS Field Director leads safety, health, and environmental programs across field operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations. This role focuses heavily on construction safety, particularly precast concrete erection, crane operations, and working at heights. The position drives continuous improvement in safety practices while building a strong, accountable safety culture across all job sites. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY.
