Are you a highly organized Project Manager with a knack for translating complex business needs into seamless technical execution? Our client, an established and leading financial organization, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the Marketing Enablement & Oversight Team. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between multiple internal teams, supporting the Document and Content Management (DCM) group. You will oversee the centralized assembly of disclosures, collateral creation, and digital asset management. This is an internal-facing, highly collaborative role where you will manage relationships and deliverables across various internal client teams. If you have a strong background in highly regulated industries (Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare) and thrive in a fast-paced MarTech environment, we want to hear from you.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Build and manage platform execution calendars, serving as the central point of contact and strategic partner for assigned Platform Marketing Teams.
  • Requirements Translation: Partner with business stakeholders to ingest project requests, translating and simplifying complex business requirements into clear, functional technical requirements.
  • Campaign & Change Management: Oversee project intake, scope definition, and rigorous change control for multi-channel DCM campaigns.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing forms, disclosures, and collateral strictly adhere to channel, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and share execution best practices (job aids, checklists) to drive team efficiency; assist the Team Manager with monthly dashboards and self-audits.
  • Strategic Support: Actively contribute to strategic initiatives related to document and content management alongside cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (or in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of Business Analyst experience).
  • Project Management: 4+ years of project management experience, specifically focused on internal client relationship management and delivery.
  • Business Analysis: 2+ years of dedicated business analysis experience, including requirements gathering within a medium-to-large organization.
  • Technical Aptitude: 2+ years of foundational knowledge working with data modeling, XML, JavaScript, and/or algorithms.
  • Data & Tools: 4+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (the team relies heavily on data manipulation and tracking in Excel).

Desired Characteristics & Nice-to-Haves:

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in highly regulated fields such as Consumer Financial Services, Credit Card/Retail banking, Insurance, or Healthcare.
  • The "Translator" Mindset: Exceptional ability to seamlessly bridge the gap, translating non-technical marketing ideas into technical execution and vice versa.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to pivot quickly with shifting strategies, regulatory changes, and market evolution. Agile mindset or Product Owner Certification (CSPO / POPM) is a major plus.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
