Oncology Chemo Certified RN

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other oncology treatments.

• Manage patient ratios of 1:4 to ensure personalized and effective care.
• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing support and intervention as needed.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CHEMO certification.
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the weekend requirement.
• Open to first-time travelers and local candidates.
• Flexibility to float within the scope of skillset as needed across The Morris and Main Campus.

• Time off requests must be submitted with the application and approved before the offer.
• Block scheduling is not approved.
• Patients may present with hematological malignancies, bone marrow transplant, CAR-T therapy, chemo administration, and solid oncology diagnoses.
• Special procedures include chemotherapy administration.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is preferred.
