Job Summary

The Talent Advisor is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while supporting organizational hiring initiatives and workforce planning. This role partners with hiring managers and recruiting teams to attract, screen, and hire qualified talent, maintain applicant tracking processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Advisor also supports union hiring activities, including new hire orientations, while ensuring recruiting activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple positions and business units.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruiting teams with workforce planning and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Conduct and assist with new union employee orientations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system data.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and Excel tracking spreadsheets to monitor hiring activity and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize multiple recruiting assignments while adapting to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Monitor recruiting progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Support additional talent acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, utility, telecommunications, or other technical positions preferred.
  • Experience supporting union hiring processes and conducting union new hire orientations preferred.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage large candidate pipelines.
  • Experience with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Experience creating and maintaining complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and recruiting reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with recruiting compliance or auditing processes preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree required.
