We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.

As a Senior Analyst, External Reporting at RXO, you will assist with the Company's SEC reporting and external financial reporting processes, including preparation of periodic SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, non-GAAP financial measures and technical accounting analyses. Become a part of our fast-growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate information gathering from various accounting and finance teams.

  • Perform comprehensive tie-outs of financial statements, supporting schedules, and information included in earnings releases and investor presentations.

  • Assist in developing disclosures related to significant transactions and accounting events.

  • Collect, review, and analyze all HFM webform-related data required for the financial statements (e.g., statements of cash flow, supplemental footnote information and tables, and account roll-forward items) and all GAAP to non-GAAP reporting.

  • Support review and preparation of earnings release materials and investor communications.

  • Prepare non-GAAP reconciliations for earnings releases and investor presentations.

  • Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements for potential impact and discourses in 10-Q/10-K

  • Assess disclosures to ensure consistency across SEC filings, earnings materials and other external communications.

  • Support management's assessment of internal control over financial reporting and maintain controls related to SEC financial and reporting disclosures.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:
