Salary: $58-64.74 Hourly up to $64.74/hr
We are partnering with an in-house creative agency for a globally recognized entertainment and products company, dedicated to crafting compelling and impactful content that defines one of the most beloved brands on the planet. In this pivotal role, you will apply imaginative design and strategic problem-solving across a wide range of advertising mediums, driving impact and innovation. Your work will directly influence how audiences connect with beloved entertainment and product offerings, making a tangible difference in how a renowned brand is perceived and experienced worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Visionary Problem Solving: Think creatively to provide marketable, high-impact solutions for complex advertising challenges.
- Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with a Senior Copywriter to conceive and deliver compelling 360-degree campaign concepts.
- Multichannel Execution: Create stunning content for all digital and social channels associated with our entertainment and resort experiences.
- Directing the Craft: Provide clear, inspired direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors, and vendors to ensure the highest creative output.
- Present with Polish: Construct cohesive creative presentations and maintain a high comfort level with client contact and internal stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Fluency in new tools to support ideation and execution.
- Deep competency in ideating and designing specifically for the digital and social space.
- Superior time-management skills are a must. You can handle multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional design and comping skills with a meticulous eye for aesthetic detail.
- A genuine curiosity and knowledge of the rich history of global entertainment-across films, animation, television, and theme park experiences.
- 5+ years in an agency setting or a related creative environment.
- A minimum of an associate's (2 year) degree in advertising or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of After Effects and 3D software is a significant bonus.
- A strong ear for music is a significant plus.
- Experience in promotional, experiential, and trend-driven social media campaigns.
