The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the completion of processes and protocols that support efficient and effective patient care. As a member of the central clinic operations support team, they provide support to designated region(s). Contribute to day-to-day patient care through central care coordination, patient outreach, specialty care coordination, and system navigation. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals. Coordinators will work from a regional administrative office and may occasionally travel to a clinic within the region. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
