Medical Device Complaint Investigation Technician Arden Hills, MN \| Onsite \| $30/hour \| Contract Advantage Technical is hiring a Complaint Investigation Technician for a leading medical device manufacturer in Arden Hills, MN. If you have a keen eye for detail and a background in production or manufacturing, this is a strong fit. You'll be embedded at a Post Market Complaint Investigation Site, leading failure analyses on returned capital equipment - determining root causes, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design Quality, R&D, and Supplier Management. What You'll Do Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint investigation findings Utilize testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues Support lab operations and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring HS Diploma and 1+ year of related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and solid written communication skills Must be local to Minnesota Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Requirements AA Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline Experience in SAP, MES, or TrackWise 2-3 years of experience in a medical device environment Benefits Competitive weekly pay with weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Optional 401(k) Take the first step toward your next opportunity.
