ABOUT THE ROLE The Sealants PCC Foreman leads a field crew responsible for the installation of sealant and waterproofing systems on precast concrete buildings, ramps, and related structures. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while coordinating daily field activities, materials, and communication with supervisors and project stakeholders. The PCC Foreman may travel to multiple job sites and is responsible for supervising a 1-6 person crew. Salary range $55 - $57. Based on location and experience. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a highly experienced sealants professional with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of precast waterproofing and sealing systems. They are hands-on, safety-focused, and skilled at managing small crews while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
