Liaison Officer (LNO) - CONUS Replacement Center (CRC)

Position Summary:

The CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) Liaison Officer (LNO) serves as the primary Valiant representative at Fort Bliss, providing on-site support to deploying and redeploying personnel throughout the deployment cycle. This role is responsible for ensuring personnel are prepared, processed, and supported in accordance with CRC requirements while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining effective coordination with internal departments and military stakeholders. The LNO acts as a critical communication link between deployed personnel, the Mobilization Department, and other Valiant teams to facilitate timely deployments and resolve issues that could impact mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Valiant personnel arriving at the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) at Fort Bliss.
  • Welcome, assist, and provide guidance to deploying and redeploying personnel throughout the CRC process.
  • Conduct deployment and redeployment briefings in coordination with the Mobilization Department and other Valiant departments.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Mobilization Department through meetings, email, and telephone to provide personnel status updates and coordinate deployment activities.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate issues that could delay personnel processing or deployment.
  • Collect, review, scan, and securely transmit required deployment and redeployment documentation and records.
  • Assist in ensuring personnel are properly manifested for military air and commercial air transportation and meet all deployment requirements.
  • Provide administrative and customer support to personnel prior to departure by answering questions and ensuring all requirements have been completed.
  • Assist employees with completing Valiant portal requirements, timesheets, and other administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies.
  • Represent Valiant professionally while fostering positive relationships with military personnel, government representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Working Conditions:



  • Primarily based at the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC), Fort Bliss.
  • Frequent interaction with military personnel, government representatives, and internal company departments.
  • Require extended hours, weekends, holidays, or after-hours support to meet deployment schedules and operational requirements.
  • Pass the company drug screening
  • Ability to stand or sit for long hours
  • Ability to assist personnel with carrying PPE luggage as needed
  • Ability to enter /exit military base and obtain CAC ID.



  • Associate degrees, continued education, or other college certificates are preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of prior military service may be substituted for the educational requirement.
  • Knowledge of Fort Bliss, CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) operations, and deployment/redeployment processes is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based communication systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours, as mission requirements dictate.
