Position Overview:

The Partnership Marketing Manager - Healthcare is responsible for driving growth and market impact through strategic partnerships with leading healthcare organizations and associations. This role develops and executes joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and engagement strategies that expand reach, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. Working closely with partners, sales, marketing, and product teams, the Partnership Marketing Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned partnerships while leveraging data and insights to optimize program performance and strengthen Laerdal's presence in the healthcare market.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy, Planning and Development

  • Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with partners aligned to business objectives
  • Architect and scale a robust ecosystem of strategic partners, including new types of alliances and innovative collaborations
  • Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned partners, KOLs and advisory boards
  • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with emerging organizations and influencers in the Healthcare space
  • Facilitate alignment between partner and internal stakeholders (sales, product, brand, etc.)
  • Manage partner communications, onboarding, and enablement
  • Maintain a comprehensive partner database and manage ongoing partner communications

Negotiation & Conflict Resolution

  • Lead complex negotiations with partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Proactively manage and resolve conflicts or misalignments between partners and internal teams

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Create and deliver partner centered / co-branded campaigns, events, and content with partners
  • Drive innovation in co-marketing initiatives, developing creative joint campaigns and programs that differentiate the Healthcare segment
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills to overcome partnership challenges and unlock new opportunities
  • Manage joint webinars, tradeshows, field marketing, or digital campaigns
  • Oversee partner marketing assets, messaging, and compliance with brand guidelines

Tech Fluency & Program Management

  • Leverage advanced CRM, analytics, and digital marketing platforms to optimize partner engagement and campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance partnership marketing effectiveness
  • Manage sponsorship or co-op marketing commitments
  • Track spend effectiveness and ROI of partner marketing activities
  • Negotiate co-investment levels and terms

Performance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for partner programs (funnel contribution, leads, reach, engagement)
  • Measure and analyze partner campaign results, sharing insights with partners and leadership
  • Optimize partner activities based on performance data
  • Track and report the overall impact and ROI of partnership activities.

Sustainability & Social Impact

  • Champion sustainability and social impact initiatives within partnership programs, aligning joint campaigns with broader organizational values

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales to align marketing activities with revenue targets
  • Work with Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams on lead capture and nurture
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all internal teams supporting partner driven initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate must reside on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, including 2-3 years in partnership, alliance, or channel marketing.
  • Healthcare education, healthcare marketing, or clinical industry experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other digital marketing platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Strong experience developing and executing partnership or co-marketing programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support collaboration with international teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, including industry events, partner meetings, and tradeshows, as well as quarterly in office marketing engagements in the Wappingers Falls, NY office.
  • Ability to lift and carry demonstration products.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while attending events and tradeshows.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $106,000, eligible for 9% annual bonus

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, but not limited to; the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, location, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
