About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Retail Project Manager to support large-scale retail initiatives within a fast-growing, global consumer brand. This role will drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery across multiple teams.

You will play a critical role in bringing retail concepts, seasonal launches, and strategic programs to life-partnering closely with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, retail operations, planning, and product.

What You'll Do

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end execution of retail and marketplace initiatives
  • Coordinate across merchandising, marketing, retail, planning, operations, and product teams
  • Facilitate meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow-through on key actions

Project Planning & Workback Schedules

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and integrated workback schedules
  • Define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Proactively identify risks and adjust plans to maintain momentum

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive operational rigor across multiple concurrent projects
  • Track progress, owners, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Escalate risks with clear mitigation strategies and solutions

Stakeholder Communication

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready status updates and reporting
  • Maintain alignment across cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Ensure visibility into project health, timelines, and key dependencies

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within retail, consumer products, or apparel
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong experience building and managing project plans and workback schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or multi-market retail organizations
  • Familiarity with retail calendars, seasonal launches, and store execution
  • Background in apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience creating dashboards, reporting, or executive updates

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A strong communicator who can influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems
  • Execution-driven with a focus on delivering results
  • Collaborative and able to build relationships across diverse teams

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to work at the center of high-impact retail initiatives, helping shape how products and experiences come to life in-store. You'll partner with cross-functional teams on meaningful, visible projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
