Job Description:
What You"ll Do:
*Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment.*Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
*Documenting all work activities in the CMMS.
*Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.

Who You Are:
*High School Diploma or GED.
*Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
*Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
*BMS experience, preferably Metasys
*Laboratory facility experience.
*CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM
