Project Manager

Position Overview

Belcan is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support Repair Operations (EHRO). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, supporting operational initiatives, monitoring schedules and deliverables, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
Monitor project performance and communicate status to stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and program teams.
Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Track action items, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience
