Job Summary

Plans and manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Coordinates project resources, contract management, and progress reporting while leading troubleshooting efforts to address issues and ensure successful outcomes. Monitors overall project performance, evaluates risks and results, and recommends adjustments to schedules, costs, and/or resources to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers project coordination activities, supporting project managers with the execution of assigned projects by tracking progress, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately, and maintaining timelines.
  • Analyzes somewhat complex project data to assist in identifying potential risks, schedule delays, or budgetary issues, making recommendations for corrective actions based on standard procedures.
  • Applies knowledge of project management methodologies to assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client and organizational expectations.
  • Coordinates somewhat complex project tasks, ensuring communication and collaboration among project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and timelines are met.
  • Completes routine project documentation, including status reports, project plans, risk assessments, and meeting notes, ensuring that all project-related information is up to date and accessible.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve project efficiency by evaluating current processes and recommending best practices for improving workflow, resource management, and client communication.
  • Evaluates and recommends improvements to existing project management processes or tools, utilizing knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and project execution strategies.
  • Documents project requirements, changes, and updates as needed, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and that project scope is clearly communicated and adhered to.
  • Communicates project status and updates to project managers and team members, ensuring timely resolution of issues, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
