Performance Health is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team. The Clinical Specialist serves as a clinical subject matter expert supporting healthcare customers, sales teams, and strategic initiatives across Performance Health's portfolio of mobility, fall prevention, patient handling and repositioning, and rehabilitation solutions. This role provides clinical education, implementation support, program development guidance, and outcomes-focused consultation to help healthcare organizations improve patient safety, caregiver safety, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. The Clinical Specialist collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product management, and healthcare leaders to identify customer needs, support product adoption, and drive long-term customer success. This is a US remote-based role. The position requires 60-70% travel, including overnights. The candidate must live within 1 hour from an international airport. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Clinical Consultation & Customer Support
- Serve as a clinical expert for healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
- Conduct product analysis to identify opportunities related to rehabilitation, patient mobility, fall prevention, patient handling and repositioning, and/or wound care and lymphedema
- Provide recommendations based on clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
- Support value analysis and clinical review processes
Education & Training
- Develop and deliver clinical education, webinars, workshops, and in-service training
- Train frontline clinicians, educators, managers, and leadership teams on product use and best practices
- Support the creation of educational resources and clinical implementation tools
- Support continuing education initiatives and professional presentations
Product Implementation
- Partner with customers during product conversions, product launches, and implementation projects
- Assist healthcare organizations in establishing stronger patient practices and staff adoption through workflow integration
- Monitor implementation success and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Sales Partnership
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop clinically appropriate solutions
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, evaluations, and pilot programs
- Provide clinical expertise during strategic account reviews and proposal development
- Support customer retention and growth through consultative clinical engagement
Outcomes & Analytics
- Analyze utilization, patient outcomes, and operational performance data
- Identify opportunities for standardization, cost savings, risk reduction, and improved clinical outcomes
- Assist customers with ROI evaluations and benchmarking
Internal Collaboration
- Provide customer insights to product management, marketing, and innovation teams
- Contribute to clinical content development and evidence-based marketing initiatives
- Support product launches and strategic growth initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation (Nursing (RN) or PT/PTA/OT/OTA)
- 3+ years of experience in direct patient care with preference on acute care
- RN, PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or other licensed healthcare professionals
- Minimum 3 years of clinical healthcare experience
- Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or mobility-focused settings preferred
- Experience delivering education and presentations to clinical and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of:

- Patient Positioning and Handling
- Healthcare Accreditation and Regulatory Requirements
- Ability to travel 60-75% of the time, including overnight travel

- This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
