The Job at a Glance

As the Put Away Supervisor, (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) you will supervise a team of put away Rockstar's, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity help with problem solving and operational oversight.

A Typical Day

  • Provide operational oversight over the flow of material through the distribution center
  • Replenish genuine OEM parts inventory by verifying part numbers and quantity and storing them in to the proper location
  • Test, develop and document standard operating practices for core area
  • Share production and quality performance levels from standardized reports with team members

  • You must be a top performer in your current role and have experience in Put Away
  • You demonstrate a passion for leadership and career growth
  • You're an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • You have the ability to lead teams, develop people, and stay cool under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • You thrive on a team but can also keep yourself on track with individual projects
  • You have the ability to move around for long periods of time, and lift 30 lbs unassisted
  • You can work Monday - Friday 7:00am -3:30pm

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50- $76,169.50 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
