Construction touches nearly every life on the planet, yet remains one of the least digitized industries. That's why we're looking for a Senior Product Designer who's not just a skilled craftsperson, but a curious builder, strategic thinker, and natural leader to help us evolve Procore's Design Systems and the entire construction industry along with it. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to create and shape Procore's Design Systems. This role balances creativity and logic, and helps ensure a systematic approach is thoughtfully applied across Procore's core customer facing products. You will be responsible for designing components and features of the design system within Figma, as well as facilitating cross-functional collaboration, testing, and shipping of high-quality work that is aligned with our objectives and values. This position will report to a Head of Design Systems and has the opportunity to work in our Austin, TX location. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
