What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will act as a true strategic advisor to segment business leaders, directly influencing global hiring strategies and shaping the future of Trimble's workforce across diverse, high-impact business functions.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

* Partner strategically with business leaders to architect and execute tailored recruitment strategies for a diverse portfolio of critical positions.

* Act as a talent market subject matter expert, utilizing data and pipelining metrics to deliver valuable insights and optimize the hiring funnel.

* Lead high-level weekly alignment meetings with leadership to review requisition health, track hiring progress, and proactively dismantle roadblocks.

* Manage external recruitment agency partnerships, defining precise search scopes for complex, business-critical requisitions.

* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and coordinators, fostering best practices in advanced sourcing and talent engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, featuring at least 3 years in a highly consultative talent business partner or advisory model.

* Proven capability interacting with international teams and managing competing priorities across multiple distinct business segments.

* Solutions-oriented mindset with demonstrated expertise utilizing data, modern ATS systems, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools to optimize candidate pipelines.

* Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate fast-paced environments.

* Prior experience recruiting for technical positions.

* Background blending corporate recruitment with strategic employer branding initiatives.

* Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills with a proven track record of cross-functional alignment.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
