About the Role As an Associate Advanced, Production Operations, you will play a key role in supporting daily card production operations while serving as a trusted resource for associates and shift leadership. You will help ensure production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and operational procedures. This role combines hands-on production responsibilities with leadership support activities including training, testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Success is measured by operational excellence, team readiness, quality outcomes, and the achievement of production goals. Schedule(s):
