Tracy Whey Skilled Relief pay rate: $35.00/hour Overview Leprino Foods Company, the World's Largest Manufacturer of Mozzarella Cheese, has an immediate opening for Whey Skilled Relief Position at its Tracy facility. Leprino Foods - Tracy currently processes three million pounds of milk and produce more than 400,000 lbs. of cheese per day. We are a union plant and currently have over 300 employees. Leprino Foods is currently located in nine locations across the United States - two are in California - our facility is located in Tracy, CA. Responsibilities The Whey Skilled Relief Operator must be able to read, write and perform the following Plant Standard Operating Procedures (PSOP's) and safety policies including chemical handling. Candidate will be trained on duties and responsibilities for each position in a budgeted time frame. Positions include: Pasteurization, Separation, Ultrafiltration, Evaporation, Drying, Packaging and Cleaning Sanitation. Candidate must successfully complete all PSOP's, successfully qualify and perform on all positions. Other responsibilities include (a) documenting operation parameters and testing results in our database (b) documenting and communicating any operational change(s) during production and (c) communicate between co-workers, departments and shift supervisors.
