Job Summary

The Replenishment Specialistis responsible for managing inventory replenishment and material distribution across multiple Point of Use (POU) supply locations. This role supports warehouse operations and customer-facing inventory services by maintaining accurate inventory levels, preparing shipments, stocking supply cabinets, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is dependable, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring both physical labor and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage inventory replenishment for multiple Point of Use (POU) supply cabinets across various facilities.
  • Prepare, pack, unpack, label, and verify customer orders and shipments for accuracy.
  • Pull, stage, package, and palletize inventory according to scheduled delivery routes.
  • Stock, replenish, and audit inventory at customer locations using RF scanning equipment.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with annual physical inventory.
  • Receive, verify, and distribute incoming materials to internal customers.
  • Load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and related material handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Complete required shipping, receiving, inventory, and replenishment documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
  • Follow hazardous material handling procedures and all applicable safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs and resolving inventory-related issues.
  • Support inventory growth initiatives by promoting available products and programs to customers.
  • Work with management to identify customer needs and support inventory and replenishment solutions.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Complete additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to provide reliable personal transportation for work-related travel between locations.
  • Experience operating RF scanners and computerized inventory systems preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic selling or customer relationship skills preferred.
  • Ability to present information effectively in individual or group settings.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening.


Physical Requirements



  • Frequently lift up to 75 pounds without assistance.
  • Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Frequently bend, squat, twist, climb, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in both warehouse and customer environments.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
