Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Package products according to company guidelines
• Work alongside team members on production lines to meet daily output goals
• Assist with machine startup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Support production activities including housekeeping, scrap reduction, and workflow improvements
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Meet established production rates and performance standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Ability to stand for extended periods, including 8-12 hour shifts
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30-50 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to work overtime, including short-notice schedule changes, when required
