Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with slitting, coating, converting, or similar production equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and production specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.


Job Duties


  • Set up, operate, and maintain slitting and coating machines.
  • Cut large rolls of material into precise widths according to production requirements.
  • Load and unload paper products and other materials onto production equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Complete production documentation and report any equipment concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.


Physical Capabilities


  • Lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment.
  • Steel-toed boots required.
  • Dress code: jeans and t-shirt.
