What You'll Do:
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity within inventory management systems.
  • Receive, store, pick, stage, and track materials while supporting inventory requests from engineering teams.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, root cause investigations, and discrepancy resolution activities.
  • Coordinate RMA, NCi, and material disposition processes while partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering teams to improve inventory control processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or material management.
  • 1+ years of experience performing inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliation activities, and inventory accuracy reviews.
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and accountability.
  • Experience working with Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs), including Kardex or Snap-on systems.
  • Experience using SAP or other enterprise inventory management systems.
  • Experience supporting laboratory, semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical operations environments.
  • Strong analytical and root cause investigation skills.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding expectations, taking initiative, and continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM and proficiency with 10-key data entry.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Overtime: May be required based on business needs.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse-related duties for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Warehouse and laboratory environment. Occasional use of lab suits may be required.
  • Schedule: First-shift schedule expected; hours may vary between 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
