We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Manager IV to support critical supply chain operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. In this role, you'll oversee material planning, supplier management, inventory optimization, contract administration, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives that help keep production running efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle to ensure product availability and inventory optimization.
  • Manage material procurement activities using production forecasts, engineering schedules, and inventory planning methodologies.
  • Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, and supply chain data within enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, and identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Support contract negotiations, review supplier quotations and bids, and monitor cost, quality, scope, and delivery performance.
  • Resolve material discrepancies while helping ensure compliance with quality and material standards.
  • Collaborate across supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to support business objectives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, sourcing, materials management, production planning, or related operations functions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships, contract administration, sourcing activities, or vendor performance programs.
  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP), material planning, inventory management, or supply chain management systems.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting material planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, or production scheduling activities.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience creating and maintaining bills of materials (BOMs), part master data, and supply chain records.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting complex manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, aerospace, or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Just-in-Time (JIT), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), or other inventory management methodologies.
  • Experience leading supply chain improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier development experience.
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers and high-value procurement programs in a fast-paced environment.
