Advanced assistant professors are also encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary teaching responsibilities will be teaching undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior as well as a secondary area that supports one of our Management concentrations (HRM, Consulting, and Entrepreneurship). The successful candidate is expected to conduct high-quality research, as well as engage in academic and community service for the department, college, university, and the profession. The department fosters a collegial and collaborative team environment that supports student success and faculty development. Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related field is required (a doctorate degree from a business program must be from an AACSB-accredited business school). Applicants who are ABD will be considered with the requirement of degree in hand by December of 2027. We are seeking a candidate who can teach courses in Organizational Behavior and a secondary area that supports one of our MGT concentrations. The successful candidate must provide evidence of teaching effectiveness and outstanding research potential for publishing in premier management journals. Preference will be given to candidates holding a PhD with a primary emphasis in organizational behavior and a secondary area of expertise in the other discipline.
