We are seeking a Controller to lead financial operations, drive process improvements, oversee accounting functions, and provide critical financial insight to executive leadership. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required CPA designation is a plus Experience Requirements Previous Controller or Accounting Supervisor experience required Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, and forecasting Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, tax laws, and financial reporting Advanced data analysis and financial systems experience Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Job Duties Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close Oversee cost accounting, inventory transactions, and standard costing processes Review BOM changes and analyze manufacturing costs Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset records Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses Monitor accounting processes and recommend improvements and internal controls Manage payroll allocations and financial recordkeeping Coordinate annual audits and work with external CPA firms Prepare and file required tax reports and government filings Analyze production and operational data to support decision-making Lead and support Accounting, Human Resources, and Materials Management functions Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and quality standards Benefits: Solid Pay.
