Controller Wanted. Precision Expected.

We are seeking a Controller to lead financial operations, drive process improvements, oversee accounting functions, and provide critical financial insight to executive leadership. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • CPA designation is a plus


Experience Requirements



  • Previous Controller or Accounting Supervisor experience required
  • Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, tax laws, and financial reporting
  • Advanced data analysis and financial systems experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills


Job Duties



  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Oversee cost accounting, inventory transactions, and standard costing processes
  • Review BOM changes and analyze manufacturing costs
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset records
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses
  • Monitor accounting processes and recommend improvements and internal controls
  • Manage payroll allocations and financial recordkeeping
  • Coordinate annual audits and work with external CPA firms
  • Prepare and file required tax reports and government filings
  • Analyze production and operational data to support decision-making
  • Lead and support Accounting, Human Resources, and Materials Management functions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and quality standards
