Schedule:Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements

• At least one year of plant or manufacturing experience
• Sandblasting or surface-preparation experience required
• Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective organization and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to quality and safety

Job Duties

• Set up and operate an assigned coating line
• Produce materials according to quality requirements
• Coordinate job changeovers
• Review manufacturing orders and prepare for upcoming runs
• Monitor the master production schedule
• Complete production runs according to specifications
• Record production information and test results
• Complete required production and quality reports
• Enter data using job travelers and designated software
• Operate line controls, consoles, stations, and tools
• Maintain clean and organized machine areas
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
