Schedule:Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Charlotte where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to complete safety training and follow warehouse procedures

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, unloading, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials
• Valid driver's license preferred; motor vehicle record may be reviewed for future cross-training opportunities.

• Unload and receive incoming tire shipments.
• Roll, move, stack, and palletize tires weighing up to 85 lbs.
• Assist with unloading 2 truckloads per day.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Remove debris and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, stretching routines, and team huddles.
• Follow proper lifting and material-handling techniques.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily workload demands.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up 50-85 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
