Location: Frankfort, KY

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule: 5 AM - 3 PM

No Clockwatchers. Just Movers, Stackers, and Go-Getters.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse work instructions
• Previous forklift certification is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up electric forklifts preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
• Familiarity with picking, packing, cycle counting, and inventory control processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work overtime during peak business periods

Job Duties

• Operate electric sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, repack, label, and prepare parts and raw materials for production and shipment
• Use RF scanners to process orders and track inventory
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Complete daily paperwork and warehouse documentation
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Follow forklift and pedestrian safety procedures
• Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment using 5S principles
• Support recycling and environmental compliance initiatives
• Participate in physical inventories and continuous improvement activities

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
