Requirements

• 1-3+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with quality inspection, welding, fabrication, robotics, or automated manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, or technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Comfortable using computers for production or quality documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• MIG and/or TIG welding
• Robotic welding systems (ABB, FANUC, Motoman, or similar)
• Quality inspections and process audits
• Manufacturing documentation and SOPs
• Microsoft Office and production software
• Cleanroom manufacturing (where applicable)

Job Duties

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet engineering and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues while maintaining productivity.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Use measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet daily goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow established manufacturing procedures.
