Now hiring for a Shop Hand Location: Broussard, LA Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (extended hours as needed) Built to Last. Just Like You. Looking for a hands-on shop opportunity in the oilfield industry? We're hiring a Shop Hand to support daily shop operations by preparing equipment, handling materials, and assisting with basic oilfield-related tasks. If you enjoy physical work, have experience working in a shop environment, and want an opportunity to grow with a great team, this could be the perfect fit. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience Requirements 1-2 years of oilfield, shop hand, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment Forklift experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work safely in a shop environment Job Duties Pack and organize oilfield equipment for shipment and storage Roll, measure, and cut rope and other materials to specifications Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop Use tape measures and basic hand tools accurately Assist with general shop maintenance and housekeeping Support inventory organization and material staging Follow all company safety procedures and shop policies Work closely with team members to meet daily production and operational goals Physical Capabilities Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying Ability to perform physically demanding shop work throughout the shift Comfortable working in an industrial environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
