The day begins. You step in with purpose.

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, quality assurance, or related warehouse roles preferred
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Audit store orders and outbound pallets to verify shipment accuracy
• Break down, inspect, and rebuild outbound freight prior to shipment
• Identify, document, and correct inventory and picking errors
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring inventory issues
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Record audit findings and support corrective action efforts
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to improve processes
• Perform data entry and maintain inventory-related records
• Move inventory and pallets throughout the warehouse as needed
• Assist with employee training and guidance when required
• Operate order pickers, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
