As Enterprise Program Director, Patient Safety, you will have the opportunity to influence patient care at scale by partnering with executive, clinical, and operational leaders across one of the country's most respected integrated healthcare systems. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Patient Safety, you will play a key role in advancing a culture where safety is embedded in every aspect of care delivery. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is passionate about healthcare quality, risk management, patient safety, and organizational transformation. You'll help shape enterprise-wide strategy, champion innovative approaches to safety, and drive meaningful improvements that positively impact patients, families, and care teams throughout the system.
