Provides patient care services within the scope of practice for the licensed provider.

About the Practice: Our concierge healthcare model provides personalized, comprehensive care through seamless collaboration among physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, wellness professionals, and ancillary services. We prioritize preventive care, meaningful patient relationships, and exceptional service standards.

Position Summary: The Per Diem Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care services for clinic patients, working closely with members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.

*Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions and visual disorders.

*Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations as appropriate.

*Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support integrated patient care.

*Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans.

*Document care accurately and promptly within the electronic medical record.

*Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Clinic Hours *Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM *Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Schedule frequency and hours will be based on patient demand and mutual availability.

* Graduation from an accredited school of optometry.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Two (2) years experience as an optometrist.
