  • Continuous Improvement: Identify knowledge gaps and proactively streamline existing documentation to keep our content ecosystem accurate and up to date.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using Airtable for content tracking or project management.
  • Portfolio: A writing portfolio featuring relevant samples of written technical guides, help articles, FAQs, or release notes (visual design samples are not required).
  • Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills, with a proven ability to explain complex processes simply.
  • User-Centric Mindset: You write with the end-user in mind, focusing strictly on clear, concise, and helpful guidance rather than marketing or promotional copy.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in an evolving environment, digest fast updates quickly, and can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
  • Process Orientation: You love clean systems and are proficient in modern content and project management platforms.

What Will Set You Apart

  • E-commerce / B2B Context: Familiarity writing specifically for e-commerce or B2B platforms.
  • Tone Precision: Ability to write in a direct, neutral, and instructional tone without relying on persuasive marketing language.
  • Self-Starter: Strong ability to self-manage, ask the right questions, and quickly learn internal tools and systems.
