Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, associates, and visitors at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, sales areas, fitting rooms, stock areas, and surrounding premises for unusual activity, policy concerns, and potential loss-prevention issues.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
