Principal Technical PM Manager

CO+I designs, builds, acquires, operates, and maintains Microsoft's datacenters, which house the world's largest Commercial Cloud globally. • Program management for the Data Center and Networking planning organization to own all core data and tools with engineering
• Ensure we are making holistic decision on all data systems and tools with a E2E view point
• The ability to adapt communications around different technologies, products, and services to the audience's level of understanding.
• The ability to manage project stakeholders and stakeholder engagements. This includes identifying stakeholders, prioritizing their concerns, managing expectations, and planning and monitoring stakeholder engagements.
• Planning and steering complex projects towards their strategic milestones, ensuring all dependencies are managed and aligned with the overarching program; carrying out planning and processing of project and program phases through the product lifecycle by leveraging AI.

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
