Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas Position Summary The Project Manager holds full ownership of assigned projects, leading the transition from estimate to execution and directing the work through to closeout to ensure it is delivered safely, on schedule, and profitably. This role owns project financial performance-including budgeting, forecasting, cost administration, and revenue recognition-while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and driving subcontractor accountability. The Project Manager sets execution plans aligned to scope, schedule, and risk; leads contract administration and change management; and directs the onsite team to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Ultimately, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall profit and loss of each assigned project, managing it according to Forgen's corporate philosophy of safe, quality production while securing the most favorable economic outcome for Forgen. Physical Demands & Work Environment This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
