Job Description: Job Title:DirectorHSE Operating Company:Environmental Solutions - Terex Utilities Location:Watertown, SD POSITION SUMMARY This positionis responsible forleading and coordinatinghealth, safety and environmentalcompliance, and risk-reduction programs across assigned manufacturing operations. The role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on technical support to employees, site leaders, cross-functional teams, and business leadership. The position is accountable for building a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and corporate requirements, reducing occupational and environmental risk, and aligningHSEinitiatives with businessobjectives. The role requiresstrong communication, organizational, technical, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage near-term operational priorities and long-range program expectations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
