| Essential Job Duties |
This is a temporary position for a Conference Assistant who will be helping with event management and communications related to the 2026 Sustainable Fleet Technology Conference. Below is a description of the responsibilities of the position.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a clean transportation conference
Graphic design using Canva for creation of signage and social media content
Photography experience for taking event photos
Recruit new participants and maintain relationships with returning clients.
Support registration processes and maintain communication with attendees.
Assist with event space reservations, layouts, and logistical details.
Provide customer service via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Utilize project management software,
CRM systems, and event tools to track deliverables preferred
Familiar with Google Suite products and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of clean energy and clean transportation issues is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Other duties may be assigned as needed
