Aquent is partnering with a leading professional organization to identify a talented Graphic Designer to support the Marketing team on ongoing projects through the end of the year. This is a fully remote, part-time contract opportunity with the potential to begin as early as next week.


Position Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately half days
  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week
  • Contract: Through the end of the year
  • Start Date: As early as next week


Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team with ongoing design and production projects.
  • Design and update multipage documents while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and strong visual presentation.
  • Collaborate with project and copyediting teams to implement copy and layout updates.
  • Work within established templates and style systems to ensure brand consistency.
  • Prepare files for review and production while maintaining organized, accurate layouts.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.


Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe InCopy, particularly within multipage document workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including experience working with templates and style sheets.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, editors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within established deadlines.
  • Experience working within a structured marketing or communications environment is preferred.
