JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients About the role: We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically minded Incentive Compensation (IC) Business Partner to support our Field & Sales Incentive Compensation team in the Ecosystems Operations Function. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations providing critical analytical support, actionable insights, and governance to ensure effective design, execution, and monitoring of incentive compensation programs. Who you'll work with: Field & Sales Incentive Compensation team in the Ecosystems Operations Function What you'll do: The ideal candidate brings strong data modelling capabilities, a structured problem-solving approach, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. This role also serves as a key liaison between Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, CRM, and data management teams, with the flexibility to support adjacent functions such as roster and alignment when needed. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $108,000 to $141,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
